The cleanliness of the room was immaculate, and the helpful reception staff made check-in easy. I also loved the fact that the cleaning staff were consistently polite and attentive throughout our stay.

The food was outstanding with a huge variety of options. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, relatively close to Mircea cel Batran Park. The service was very good with an efficient check-in. Every member of staff was helpful.

The units are outstanding, new-fashioned with balcony, internet connection plus the AC.

The air conditioning is a nightmare to control!!! The soundproofing is terrible-you'll hear every noise from above!!! Better communication between the front desk and restaurant is critical!!!

Family with children deserve better

The staff was friendly and helpful even when they couldn't solve our AC problem quickly. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed.

It wasn't cheap but was still acceptable.

The King Room was clean with comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast offered a decent spread, but some items had room for improvement, especially in temperature. The staff were generally helpful, though, during busy breakfast hours, they seemed a bit overwhelmed. AC control was a hassle, leaving the room quite warm at times. It's also difficult to find parking, with only six free slots and the paid lot often full. Despite these issues, the room's soundproofing was excellent, blocking out much of the street noise, which I really appreciated.

The dining vibes are a gastronomic delight! I indulged at Manarola nearby for some delectable dishes that left my taste buds dancing. Plus, the King Room was a cozy haven with a fine design and a central controller for lights and AC-seriously tech-savvy bliss!

Parking was a nightmare-had to scramble for public parking after a mix-up with our reserved spaces. And don't get me started on the noise from the bar downstairs-it felt more like a party than a hotel stay until the wee hours.

It is a modern hotel with a convenient lobby bar and excellent food options!

Excellent stay! The King Room was super comfy with air conditioning, a walk-in shower, and tv. The staff were amazing. The fitness center was a bonus for a quick workout too. Totally recommend this place for a chill getaway!

the parking situation was a hassle (had to park far away sometimes). however, the room had plenty of sockets for charging devices, a cozy lobby bar, and fresh meals that were really satisfying (especially the breakfast! ).

The location gave me easy access to explore the surrounding areas with amazing natural beauty. I appreciated the free WiFi and the option to work out in the fitness center. At the on-site restaurant, I enjoyed a satisfying meal that hit the spot after a long drive. Staying in a twin room also made it comfortable for my needs as I traveled with family.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. I noticed a limited selection, and the quality did not justify the cost. Parking options were limited as well, leading to some struggles in finding a space close to the hotel.

Every time we stay in Ramnicu Valcea, we like to stay here. the hotel is perfect and fairly clean, nestled in a really nice building with a great view over the town. - the rooms are new-fashioned. - the location is perfect and magnificent. - Really nice restaurant, fine food. - People working here are helpful.
